Treating men is easier than treating women.  A man genitals are outside while a woman genitals are mostly inside.  The most effective treatment protocol is the cream.  Easy to make and long lasting.  You only need a small amount and wipe in on the sores.  The spray is definitely powerful and its very clear why it is able to cure outbreak areas because it absolutely will penetrate deep into the outbreak area.  This is why in my opinion it is much easier to cure men from herpes with the spray and easier to treat women with the cream.
